Food serves many purposes in our lives. Meeting our health and lifestyle needs is the most important purpose. Chef For All Seasonings takes these needs very seriously.

Through our personalized menus and service, we prepare meals that are safe, healthy and delicious, while adhering to your guidelines. Two pleasant surprises our clients experience is both the great taste and the variety of foods they can eat within the bounds of the diet.

We frequently adapt many of our Meal Choices to fit the dietary needs, including substituting or eliminating certain ingredients.

To My Gluten-Free Clients (from Chef Mark)

Several years ago, my father was diagnosed with celiac disease, which requires a lifelong gluten-free diet. With the help of the great team at the North Texas Gluten Intolerance Group, we learned how to live healthy and successfully with celiac disease. We also learned about gluten-free safe food preparation, avoiding cross-contamination.

While a gluten-free diet may seem very restrictive, I challenged myself to learn how to create a wide variety of wonderful meals that are 100% gluten-free.

You’ll be thrilled to know that most every dish listed on the Meal Choices page (and many more) are or can be prepared gluten-free. As one celiac client says, “Living gluten-free is delicious!”
